  Hey yall!! Hope you're all having a great week!  As for my week, we decided to take a break from the crazy excitement- no more breaking in and no more demons, woop woop! Only spiritual excitement here in Martinsville now :) We found lots of new people to teach, and there were miracles with every single one of them!!- ☆ We found these sisters who's grandma had read them the Book of Mormon and they had always wondered more about it- CRAZY!  ☆ We were led to this mom and daughter who had actually been taught before, and the missionaries only stopped teaching them because they spoke Spanish! In their lesson I didn't understand everything that was said, but I felt the spirit SO STRONG.  ☆ We found a cute little deaf girl to teach, crazy because Sister Collotzi and I just happen to know ASL! Among those miracles we were also to see some real progress in the people we have been teaching for a while! This cute little family we've been working with decided to come to church...

  Ok guys. Let me just tell you, this has been the craziest week. I know I say that all the time, but at some point I'm going to need things to chill out, hahaha. This week was a little on the wrong side of crazy... We made some not so great choices this week... and we definitely learned from them! So let's get into it :) First lesson- if your friend calls you at 8:45pm and tells you she's in trouble and needs your help, your first step should probably be to call the cops. You should probably NOT grab a baseball bat, run out the door, launch your companion on top of the garage and have her hoist you up to break into her house... it's not the move. Especially if your companion is also wearing a "Sister Petty" name tag. And then maybe don't tell the cops right away that you did that.   Heyyy everyone!! Hope yall had a GREAT week! This week has been EPIC. I loved every moment of it :) I wish I could tell you all the miracles I saw this week, but there is not enough time in the day. It was seriously the most amazing week! I have felt so trusted by God in this area, He has sent the most amazing people into our path and it has been so humbling to be able to work with them :) I'll just tell you about a couple of them! Our one friend Jody is the most amazing soul- we seriously love her so much! It was the craziest story of how we found her. A few weeks back we were looking for a member's house and got REAL lost. We ended up at this random house that I distinctly remember! I thought to myself, "we need to come back here and knock sometime".   HI EVERYONE!!  This week was super good, other than the two times we got flashed :/ But it's okay, our neighbor has curtains now! But you wanna hear something crazy?? I was set apart as a missionary exactly one year ago today. That blows my mind. It has been the shortest, craziest, hardest, longest, best year of my life. And I never want it to end. I can't even begin to describe the joy I have found in serving my Savior over the last year. I'm so grateful for the change that has come in this time. In the last year I have learned so much about Jesus Christ- I've learned things I wouldn't have learned any other way. There is nowhere else I would rather be right now. But I don't want to give Jesus Christ just 18 months, I want to give Him my life!! We're not just looking to be good missionaries, good disciples for a limited time, we're seeking LASTING DISCIPLESHIP here!
